If its supe job, you would need to point out HR procedures that need to be applied.
If its a non-supervisory job, explain what you won’t tolerate in working relations and that you would either walk away (like all the dirty talk or office gossip) or smile and ask the person why is it that they do not respect whatever it is that is annoying you.

Keep your answer short and sweet like saying "As politely as possible but firmly enough to accomplish the task at hand".
