OK, so what if you are having to contend with an adult, who I OLDER than you, who thrives on drama? An individual who seems very immature, and who “sucks” up to the Manager (where the Manager likes/goes for it?) …. It no longer becomes “our” issue, We’re talking about a newbie who buys “B-day” cards to management, and now “XMas card” too! What say you?
