How do you handle difficult people at work?
Author: admin | Category: working with difficult peopleI work with several crazy people. They are freaking manic depressives. I do not enjoy it - they are mean, and unapproachable. Its super hard to do my work because i’m left alone to flounder all the time.
How do i deal with these crazies??

1. bob is hated by everyone. he thinks hes always right. make sure u’re not bob
2. u cant change a person. if that person is not worth your time or energy, either you move or they move.
3. u should try your damnest best to make sure that u dont get stressed out from idiots. getting stressed out does no positive whatsoever. try to resolve it asap.
good luck n remember, if u think someones an idiot, theres a good chance everyone else finds him an idiot too. if thats not the case, u may be the idiot.
