hmm I’ve never had to work with someone like that, fortunately. It sounds like a case of someone taking out their aggravation in life on others. And she does it…because she can. She is apparently not reprimanded by her superiors for being that way. And apparently no one has the nads to tell her she’s a straight up bitch. You can do your job, and you can do it well, but is it REALLY necessary to make the workplace uncomfortable? And thus, make people not as productive as they could be? Nope.

Yup I thought the same things. She’s only a couple of years older then me and I think has the attitude of an old woman because of the way she lives. And no…the managers let her get away with it because she brown noses. when confronted, she calls YOU “childish” and YOU have the problem..know what I mean? Very difficult to work with. Makes me want to call IN when she’s working…like i said. thanks for the input!

Never underestimate the power of being a bitch, Its gotten lots of people very far in life.
When she tells you she doesnt care, respond with “Thats obvious” and go on about your business. If she isnt your boss, you dont answer to her. Ask the MOD to give you job assignments directly and not through her. If you acknowledge that she has power, it only gives her more!

yeah….however I think its the wrong way to go. I don’t have a “bitch” disposition. Its just not me.
Oh her response is “yeah well i’m training for manager(been saying this forever and HAS gotten in trouble for it) and the store manager would just say “she’s over ya’ll when i’m not here” or something of that nature. But yeah..she’s not the manager. She just says that to get her way because “she’ll tell on you.”

If a co-worker talks to me like that I ignore them and say “the hell with them” and continue doing my job.
I had this one bitch that I had to work with years ago and she told me “I am not here to make friends” and before she said anything else I said “you got that right!” and went on about my business.

My store manager said i was doing very well. In fact she and her mother (who just happens to be district manager to the other stores..see how family is in this company?..ugh) rolled their eyes when talking about her. Obviously she annoys everyone. But yeah that’s my reponse as well. “get over yourself” and move on.

I just noticed those feet in the background, lol
Unfortunately I “dealt” with it by leaving my old job, but there was physical violence involved (not me lol). But I plan on putting blinders on and just ignoring everyone in my new one.

lol that’s my hubbys feet you see. I actually didn’t notice it till after i posted the video.
Yeah I’m waiting for him to get back to work FULLtime. Right now its just a couple saturdays a week (construction/excavation) so I can’t do anything. After that he’ll be making way more then me and I couldn’t care less about the “hole” (as i have nicknamed it). Thanks for the input!
