difficult customer
Everyone talks about customer service. It depends on you weather its a stressful situation or not. You have to put yourself in the customers shoes, Sure they are irate because they often they get the run around. . Its just the way we do business, people want respect and to have a CSR hang up on you after you’ve been in the queue for a long time your patience is limited. The key is not to take it personal and let what ever they do bounce off of you. And don’t carry it on to the next customer or call. Don’t have conversations whith them and just do the basics of the prolem. The most difficult part is your attitude and how you vision and experience your job

difficult people
I used to be a fool. But thank God I am no longer an atheist. It seems that the most obvious thing in the world is that God definitely exists. But I can understand how certain facts about the world, in addition to the seeming incredibility of biblical stories, can make it very justifiable for people not to see that God exists. Are there other reasons why it is so difficult for many people, besides the fact that, deep down, they do not want God to exist?
People do not want Him to exist because they know that He would watch their every move and they want to live on their own.

working with difficult people
Because it seems like I have to be careful of what I wear, what I say and be careful not to be so nice to people.
All you need to do is to be yourself… go to work… do your job… do a good job and don’t worry about the rest.

coping with difficult people
I have ocd…I am having a very difficult time coping and helping my son with his diagnosis of testiclar cancer. I need to find away to help him through this diffcult time. I keep asking my wife over and over again, will he survive? My father had a horrible death from cancer? My son also had to deal with going manic from bipolar. Any advice or suggestions, wold be appreciated.
This is a difficult time for sure. Please know that testicular cancer has cure rates that are generally greater than 90% with treatment (surgery, radiation & chemotherapy sometimes). It is a true success story. Take heart in that.
A word of advice about MonaVie or any other supplement: there is NO proof they work. They might (and that’s a lean might) be helpful in prevention but as treatment they are useless. Pug lover I am sure is trying to be helpful but there may be a good reason NOT to use these agents IF you take chemotherapy- here;s the rationale.
Most supplements recommended for cancer patients are antioxidants. These scavenge free radicals & reactive oxygen species which can cause DNA damage and may lead to cancer (sounds good so far). However, chemotherapeutic drugs also use the creation of free radicals and reactive oxygen species to kill cancer cells. Therefore, if it helps your normal cells, products like MonaVie may also help your cancer cells survive the chemotherapy. Do a google search for yourself- there are many recent articles about how antioxidants inhibit the benefits of velcade (bortezomib) in multiple myeloma, a blockbuster drug for sure in myeloma treatment. Furthermore, there has been virtually no "successful" trial of antioxidants in at-risk patients for cancer- in fact many have shown an INCREASED risk for cancer in test subjects exposed to common OTC doses of supplements (like beta carotene, folic acid for example).
So, the answer is not so clear from my standpoint and you have to be careful about the magic of wishful thinking. Go with what is known, and that is >90% of testicular cancer patients are CURED with standard therapy.
God bless
