Coping With Difficult People

A hostage negotiator shares his conflict-resolution tips on film at Lifetree Cafés across the US during the week of August 1. The Lifetree event will suggest ways for dealing with diffdifficult people in everyday situations. Lifetree spokesperson Craig Cable said, “The program provides practical help to diffuse conflict with others at home, in the workplace, at school, and elsewhere.” Cable said, “Though few people ever have to negotiate a hostage crisis, the police who handle these situations have discovered some approaches that can help anyone in a conflict.” Admission to the 60-minute event is free.
