What are coping tips for ADHD in a teen girl?

Posted By: admin  //  Category: coping with difficult people

I was diagnosed with ADHD 2 years ago. I am still finding answers hard to come by. I do not know how to explain to my family and friends why I can’t control my actions, and how to control my actions. I am on medication, which helps me think sanley, but I still struggle making decisions and focusing, and off my medication, I am completley wild and impulsive. It is difficult for people to understand that I have ADHD, if they have only seen me on my medication, and tell me that there is no possible way i have it, and when I get off they are shocked. It is verrrry hard in school , and my homework is overwhelming all the time. How do i deal?????
