how do you deal with bipolar people?

i have tried usual technuiqes, and its difficult trying to satisfy people with high inconsistency, how do you deal with people that want two opposite things and get mad and happy when they are not fullfilled,

yeah i guess theres no sense in reasoning with an unreasonable person

and love and understanding doesnt work
because they sometimes whant other stuff and other stuff that highle contradicts the other stuff at the same time at a realyy agressive level

like someone askimng you to give them a bal and at the same time mad for you giving them the ball
